This holiday season marks Little Smiles 11th Annual Little Smiles Holiday Toy Drive from St. Lucie to Miami Dade, which kicked off in July and continues through December and beyond. Each year Little Smiles provide gifts to over 23 partner and medical facilities. Little Smiles serve in South Florida year-round, but to any child in need.
In 2019, they collected and distributed nearly 10,000 toys to children in our community, and they already know that this year the need is far greater. We are asking for your help in any way you can.
There are several ways to support the cause:

Continuing their community activism and dedication to athletics, the Rick Kendrick Home Selling Team helped raise funds and awareness for Cerebral Palsy research by exceeding expectations at the special STEPtember challenge.

Cerebral Palsy is one of the world (and America’s) great health problems that impacts countless families. Hard work is being done to develop new treatments or even a cure but unfortunately funding is always a big concern. In that spirit, North Palm Beach-based, leading Florida Real Estate Brokerage Rick Kendrick Home Selling Team, Chasewood Realty recently celebrated successfully participating in STEPtember, a fundraising and fitness challenge event to raise funds and awareness for Cerebral Palsy research. In case you aren’t sure of the title… it's Labor Day. The Backwards Holiday. Every year when it rolls around I wonder why it’s named Labor Day. Since it’s a Holiday intended to be just that, a Holiday – I would think a better name may be Relax Day or Lazy Day or Off Day or Sleep in Day, maybe even Do-Nothing Day, something other than Labor Day.  After all, we know what Labor means.  And many will likely be celebrating Labor Day by Laboring. 


Labor Day came about because workers felt they were spending too many hours and days on the job.
