About Karey

Karey L. Carbaugh is a Co-Founder of Chasewood Realty Advisors, Inc. (“CRA”) and works out of our North Palm Beach office. Prior to founding CRA, Karey was a Vice President for DTZ Rockwood, an investment banking company headquarted in New York City. Karey worked within the Capital Markets Group on office, retail and development land assignments valued at approximately $851.4 million. Prior to DTZ Rockwood, Karey was a Senior Acquisition Associate for Koger Equity, Inc., a Boca Raton based REIT with over $1 billion in assets. Karey was responsible for the underwriting on asset acquisitions and dispositions within the company. Prior to joining Koger, Karey was with Crocker Realty Trust where she was involved in the valuation, acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate exceeding $500 million. Originally from Ohio, Karey holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Her career in real estate spans 13 years.
