Shady Lakes, located in Palm Beach Gardens, is a community comprised of single-family houses.  There are a total of approximately 100 single and two-story homes.  Most are 3 to 5 bedrooms offering 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of living area.  Fees run approximately $850 per year.  Most homes were built in the mid 1980s.  Select homes have gorgeous lake views.

The elementary school is Timber Trace, middle school is Watson B Duncan and high school is Palm Beach Gardens High.
